Don’t love it? Don’t worry, returns and exchanges are easy.
We sincerely hope you love your piece, but if something doesn’t feel right we’ll gladly take care of it. Returns or exchanges are accepted on unworn items in resalable condition (excludes sale items, trunk show specials, display items, sample sales and business supplies, which are final sale). Items must be returned in the original packaging and accompanied with original proof of purchase. Items not in their original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Gift Cards and Final Sale items can not be returned.

It’s Simple! If you purchased an item and you are not pleased with how the item has worn, simply give us a call and we’ll make it right!
- Return your item, no questions asked within 30 days of your original ship date.
We are happy to refund you the original price paid of the item and associated tax to your original form of payment or store credit. If you choose to be refunded to store credit within 30 days, we will provide you with $5.95 shipping and handling incentive to make the process that much easier.
- After 30 days, but within 90 days of the original ship date, we are happy to assist you with any items that did not meet your expectations.
Refunds to store credit are available for the original price paid and associated tax. Cash refunds are not available after 30 days. Replacements and exchanges are available for 90 days. Return your package via the carrier of your choice with return signature required. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed.
How do I return a piece?
All you need to do is call us at 1-888-355-ALMA. We’ll quickly place an exchange order, charging your preferred credit card or we’ll help you make your return. If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days, which will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return after your package arrives at our Returns Center. If you made your purchase at a trunk show and paid with cash or a check, your Stylist will need to refund you directly.
Returning or exchanging a gift
If you have received a gift from Alma & Co. that you would like to return or exchange, please return your gift along with the gift receipt included in your package to the address provided via the carrier of your choice within 30 days of the transaction date. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed.
You will receive an online E-Gift Card for the amount paid by the sender. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address on the returned receipt to ensure you receive the online E-Gift Card.
Please note, items deemed Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
All our products may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer’s defect, with your original proof of purchase. Items must be received at our warehouse within 7 calendar days of claim submission to avoid cancellation of the claim.
• Replacements within 90 days may be returned at no additional charge.
• After 90 days, you will be charged an $10 per item handling charge to process the replacement.
The replacement item is guaranteed for a period of 30 days and is subject to replacement of the same item only, and may not be re-exchanged for a different item. In the case that the same replacement item is not longer available, you’ll receive credit for the original price paid and associated tax. To replace an item due to a manufacturer’s defect, please contact Alma & Co. Customer Care for assistance.
Lost items or items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our replacement policies.
Note. Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work, leather or in natural and man-made stones, beads, pearls and colored CZs inclusions are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual hand-craftsmanship of the product and should not be considered as defective. Our jewelry is not intended for children under 17 years old. All sale items, clearance and party specials are final sales.
