Director of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships

In this role, you’ll use your passion for striving towards excellence, your strategic decision-making, professional network and deal execution ability to drive growth for all initiatives associated with our membership program reporting to the CEO.
The Director of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for developing and promoting and supporting field marketing programs. You will work closely with the Alma & Co. team to support sales activities (trunk shows, events, marketing campaigns, etc).

Key Responsibilities:
Lead all partnership strategy efforts with a focus in three main areas:
– Partnerships that will add value to our trunk shows
– Opportunities for cross-sell and up sell our subscription program
– Partnerships with key brands, photographers, makeup artists and more
Oversee new product launch campaigns, photo shoots and special event planning
Monitor trends in the market and appropriately apply that knowledge to improve and refine strategy
Attend networking events to promote the Alma & Co. brand
Plan and attend trunk shows to drive revenue goals

 

Desired Skills and Experience:
4+ years of demonstrated leadership in branding, marketing and strategic partnership development at a lifestyle or fashion brand
Highly creative and analytical, and have exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Must have demonstrated experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, and analyzing marketing data
Must have strong writing and editing skills
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and retargeting platforms
Must thrive in a results-driven environment
An interest in photography and fashion is a huge plus
