What’s in my box?
It’s a surprise! Sort of. Every month you’ll receive two to three pieces of amazing designer jewelry, guaranteed to make the day your Alma & Co. VIP Box arrives your favorite day of the month! Each box is carefully curated, based on your detailed style profile and wishlist. Each box is limited edition (once they’re gone, they’re really gone!) and contains $120+ in retail value, delivered to your doorstep for $49 a month (including shipping, of course).

Can I choose which pieces are in my box?
Yes and no. You cannot specifically choose what’s in your box (you can add additional pieces to your box, though). But your personal stylist will carefully curate your box keeping based on the pieces you added to your wish list, your style profile and your feedback from each of your deliveries. We got you, girl!

Can I add more pieces to my box?
Absolutely! You can always add more pieces to your box at a special VIP price. Use the code in your last box for a 20% off any additional purchases.

What is a Faves VIP Box?
We’re glad you asked! The Faves VIP Box will include all the most loved pieces from past seasons. These special boxes are billed separately from normal monthly boxes and are optional to receive. They’re perfect for a one time gift or trial!  We’re sold out of the faves VIP box now but will be adding more soon.

Can I buy an Alma & Co. VIP Box subscription as a gift?
Of course, gorgeous! You can purchase either a one time box or a whole year of awesome jewelry. Make sure to use the recipients shipping address. You can start right now!

I am allergic to certain materials. What should I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate for allergies. However, we seek to choose pieces that are safe and lead-free for use by the majority of fashionistas.

What is the monthly #VIPSelfie contest? And how do I enter?
The #MyAlmaCoSelfie Contest is our monthly contest on Twitter and Instagram. To enter, take a selfie wearing pieces from your VIP Box and post your selfie on Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #MyAlmaCoSelfie! We will post all the selfies onto our Style Selfie on Pinterest and pick a new winner each month! The contest will end on the last day of each month and the winner will be announced via email the next day. The prize will be different every month and we’ll announce the new prize when we announce the last month’s winner. You can enter as many times as you want each month! So selfie-away!


When will my Alma & Co. VIP Box ship? Depending on what part of the country you’re living in, your box should arrive 10-15 business from the day your payment was processed. As soon as your box gets shipped you’ll be emailed with tracking information, so you’ll be able to keep an eye out for your box of jewels!

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada! Shipping to Canada costs $10 extra.
If you are in another country, you can email us your name and location and we’ll add you to our list of international requests.

When will I be billed for my recurring subscription?
You will be charged immediately upon enrollment to guarantee your spot on the reservation list for the current box. Thereafter, your subscription renews automatically according to your selected plan and you’ll be charged on the date of the anniversary of your sign-up (Arizona sales tax may apply).

What will happen at the end of my term?
Your subscription will automatically renew for another term at the current subscription rate – so you don’t miss out on a box! You can cancel this subscription any time prior to the end of this term.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! We’ll be sad to see you go but we will not try to make you stay. If you would like to cancel, please do so before the next bill-date (at least 72hrs); otherwise you will continue to be billed for the following season’s box. However, your first shipment cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription from your account page, or simply by emailing us at hello{at}myalmaco.com with ‘Cancellation’ and your order# in the subject.

The six-month and yearly subscription cancellation requests will go in effect at the end of the term. Semi-annual and annual subscriptions are prepaid and are nonrefundable but they’re transferable.

Can I return my VIP Box for a refund?
We want you to be happy! So each jewel you receive in your VIP Box retails for at least $49, and very often much more. If you receive a piece that is not quite your style, we recommend that you gift it to someone who will love it – your mom, daughter, sister, friend, teacher or colleague. Each piece comes in its own ready to gift box! And who doesn’t need a handy stash of gifts ready at a moment’s notice?

But if you prefer, we offer ONE swap a box on a yearly subscription. Please contact us, and you can ship the unused product back to us, within 14 days of delivery. While we aren’t able to offer you a refund, we will happily extend your subscription by one delivery at no additional cost. [Please note: return shipping of the original item is at your cost.]

My jewelry arrived damaged, what can I do?
No worries, send us an email to hello{at}myalmaco.com with a photo of the problem, within 7 days of your box delivery and we will send you a replacement piece. We do have limited numbers of each piece, so if we no longer have that piece, we will send you a just as gorgeous but different piece as a replacement. Please remember that with handmade products, very slight variations in appearance are normal and do not necessarily render the product defective or broken. Remember, our artisans aren’t machines!

In the case that your VIP Box does not arrive, we must be notified in writing within three (3) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If Alma & Co. is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Alma & Co.
