* e-Gift cards may only be redeemed online at www.myalmaco.com
* Any unused balance after purchase will remain on your gift card. If a purchase order exceeds the amount of the gift card, the balance must be paid with a valid credit card or by using store credit.
Limitations
* e-Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law.
* e-Gift cards are issued in local currency and may only be used in the country of issuance.
* e-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
* e-Gift Cards are not valid until 2 hours after the order is submitted.
* Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase e-gift cards.
* The minimum initial value for an e-Gift Card is $25 with a maximum value of $1000.
Expiration
* e-Gift Cards purchased in the U.S. will never expire.
Risk of Loss
* Alma & Co. will not replace lost or stolen e-gift cards.
Fraud
* Alma & Co. will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained e-Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.myalmaco.com
Limitation of Liability
* ALMA & CO. MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ALMA & CO. E-GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT AN ALMA & CO. E-GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH ALMA & CO. E-GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

* Alma & Co. e-Gift Cards are issued by Alma and Company, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. When you purchase, receive or redeem an Alma & Co. e-Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Alma & Co. e-Gift Card terms and conditions. Alma & Co. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
