Where can I buy Alma & Co. jewelry?
Our limited-edition line of jewelry is available exclusively online and through trunk shows by Independent Stylists.
If I buy multiple items at once, can I ship them to different addresses?
Yes, you can. As you move through the checkout process, you will see a light blue box on the top indicating you may use multiple shipping addresses. You can then click on ‘Set Addresses’ and indicate which item ships to which address. It’s a great way to shop for all your gifts at once! Cool, ah?!
Do you have a Look Book?
Yes! We have a look book. You can check them out here. However, look books are created seasonally and our website is updated more frequently, therefore, the most comprehensive and up-to-date inventory can be found online. Remember, Alma & Co. is a limited-edition jewelry line, so pieces are available for limited time, so if a sparkly beauty catches your eye, snatch it before is gone.
Most of our necklaces, bracelets and rings are adjustable, unless stated otherwise. Measurements for all products are stated within the description section of the item. Note that the width and height are taken from the widest or tallest part of the product to give you the best indication of its size.

Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $49+. Every other order ships for a $6.95 flat fee.
When can I expect my package?
We promise exceedingly personal service and want to ensure prompt delivery of your fabulous jewelry, we will make every attempt to ship all in-stock items within two business day. However, we guarantee shipment within three business days of order date. During new product launches and introductions we ship within five business days of order date. Cut-off time 11 EST (Eastern Standard Time).
What is your Happiness Guarantee?
It’s Simple! If you purchased an item and you are not pleased with how the item has worn, simply give us a call at 1.888.355.ALMA and we’ll make it right!
• Return your item, no questions asked within 30 days of your original ship date.We are happy to refund you the original price paid of the item and associated tax to your original form of payment or store credit. If you choose to be refunded to store credit within 30 days, we will provide you with $5.95 shipping and handling incentive to make the process that much easier.
• After 30 days, but within 90 days of the original ship date, we are happy to assist you with any items that did not meet your expectations.Refunds to store credit are available for the original price paid and associated tax. Cash refunds are not available after 30 days. Replacements and exchanges are available for 90 days. Return your package via the carrier of your choice with return signature required. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments processed through Paypal.
Do you charge sales tax?
Alma & Co. is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona. Required states may change and/or increase over time. Please note that we do not collect sales tax in all states.
